I am having trouble understanding magnitude of force..

In the chapter of my textbook that I was assigned to read, one of the example excerises was;

You are pushing a heavy box across a level floor at a constant velocity (i.e. a steady speed). You exert a force of 60 N on the box. What is the magnitude of the frictional force acting on the crate?
