In my nursing class one of the essay requirements is to explain the legislation that generated end of life health care policies and include brief summary on why the laws are passed. I am stuck on what specific legislation they are looking for. I live in NH and we do not have any death with dignity laws etc… so I am not sur what legislation they are looking for- any help would be appreciated. Thank you
