Maria a 30 year old woman has been trying to get pregnant for a while but nothing has worked so far although all is fine with her husband.  She visited her gynecologist and mentioned that she had been experiencing extra heavymenstrual flow in recent months. In addition to this, she has been having recurring pain in her pelvic region more severe during her period.   Routine blood and urine tests all turned up negative.
