Professional Concept Movie Analysis and Class Presentation
Directions:
As part of the Professional Practice II course you are expected to identify strategies for effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and the health care team. To meet these course objectives you are being asked to view a movie entitled “Wit.” You can view this movie with the class or at your convenience.
Each of you have been assigned to a group. Each student group has been assigned to answer only one of the first five questions and question #6 for a total of two questions. Please take note of the questions below prior to viewing the movie. After viewing the movie, you and your assigned group members will meet to answer your assigned question and question #6. One group member will be responsible for posting a summary of the group’s responses in the course discussion forum. All responses to the assigned questions must be posted by the end of the day Friday, September 6, 2019, at 1159 pm. All members of the group must be present for class to discuss the group’s responses to their two questions to receive the full group grade worth 15% of the final course grade. Only one member needs to speak in class, but all members must be present. Each group will have no more than 5 minutes to discuss their responses with the class.
