A substantial amount of literature about medication errors is based in the hospital setting, but there are differences in the type of clinical problems encountered, and classes of medications used. Despite considerable efforts in the reduction of error including both process changes and the implementation of new technologies, medication administration errors remain a serious safety problem (Bravo, Cochran and Barrett, 2019).

 

QUESTION:
