What are the ones you deal with the best? What elements that are currently in your self-care protocol have been most beneficial for you? What are the least? What do you struggle with most in your efforts to take care of yourself? What are the “bad habits” of the people you observe in your profession that you do not want to emulate? 5. Review your thematic analysis against the field notes that you took during your week of observation 7. Develop your argument for the level of resilience amongst HCP in the area you assessed Field Notes: – Things to pay attention to: – When & where key communications take place – Tone of voice used – Body language – Volume and quality of work – Interactions with supervisor – Unwillingness to change practice or behavior – Supervision outside the hierarchy
