Think about a leader you know. This can be a supervisor at work, a coach, or a professor.Give examples of how this person uses the potential sources of power to influence others. Be certain to explain which sources of power they use and how they employ them? Which sources do you believe are the strongest and most effective and which do you consider less effective?
